Please note: Any resolutions (proposed and seconded) should be submitted by email to our Secretary, Jan Winder, or our Chair, Monika Mihm Carmichael, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting (use the Contacts page). Copies of significant resolutions and/or supporting documents shall be circulated to Band Members at least 7 days before the meeting, normally by email or other electronic means.
