Test online ticket purchase

This is a dummy event just for testing by committee members, please give it a try. If successful:

1. The purchaser should receive an email confirmation.
2. The treasurer should receive an email notification of a new ticket sale.
3. The money should appear directly in the DCB bank account.

Note: real money is involved in this test (£1 per ticket) so make sure you can afford it! Fiona suggests we count this as advance payment for your next DCB tea/coffee break.
