Our annual AGM will be held on Saturday 30th October at Kessington Hall from 12.15 – 13.00 approx.

If you have any Resolutions you would like to put forward, please see below section 11.3 as per our constitution.
11.3 Please be aware that if you would like to put forward any Resolutions, these should be in writing to the Secretary 14 days prior to holding the AGM. Any such resolution shall have been duly seconded and shall be set forth in the Agenda with the name of the proposer and seconder. Save with the consent of the Committee, a Resolution which does not comply with the foregoing may not be proposed at a General Meeting.
